Stop Doing It Manually — JZ Creates marketing automation

The Repetition Problem

Your Marketing Team Shouldn’t Be Doing Everything Manually.

None of these tasks are complicated on their own. Together, they eat the week.

Multiply that across a marketing team and the operational cost becomes real money — spent on work no one wanted to do.

The Input

One campaign idea, entered once. Research, competitor activity, search opportunities and audience questions are gathered around it automatically.

How We Use AI

Human Creativity. Intelligent Systems.

We don’t believe every decision should be handed to AI — and we don’t believe businesses should auto-publish everything it generates. Our systems are designed around human oversight.

Why JZ Creates

Automation Built By Creatives, Not Only Technicians.

Plenty of people can connect software. Our difference is understanding what happens before and after the automation — because the best system has to fit how people actually create, communicate and approve.

Brand & Creative Direction

We know what on-brand looks like, so the system produces work that sounds like you.

Content & Video Production

We’ve made the content, so we know exactly where the hours actually go.

Campaign & Channel Strategy

We build around campaigns and channels, not around a generic workflow template.

Websites & Marketing Teams

We’ve worked inside approval chains and client reviews — the system respects them.

Integrations

We Connect The Tools Your Business Already Uses.

Instead of forcing your business into another platform, we build the workflow around the stack you already run.

If it has an API, a webhook, an integration or another supported connection method, there’s a good chance we can work with it.

Fit

Built For Growing Marketing Teams. Not For Everyone.

This Is Built For You If

You Recognize This

  • You produce content regularly across multiple channels

  • Approvals are where everything stalls
  • You want to use AI responsibly, with oversight

We’re Probably Not A Fit If

You’re Looking For

  • Completely hands-off AI marketing
  • Mass-produced, low-quality AI content
  • Fully autonomous publishing with no oversight
  • Guaranteed social media growth
  • Guaranteed revenue results
  • A one-click template that fits every business

How It Works

Scoped On A Call. Built In Weeks.

01

Discovery

We learn how your team actually works — tools, processes, approvals, bottlenecks and the tasks nobody wants to do.

02

Blueprint

We decide what should be automated and what should stay human, then map the workflow before anything is built.

03

Build

We design and connect the system across your platforms, in your brand voice, on your approval structure.

04

Test

Workflows, integrations, triggers, outputs and edge cases — tested before a single thing reaches your audience.

05

Launch

The system goes live inside your marketing operation, with documentation and a walkthrough for your team.

06

Optimize

As your team uses it, workflows get refined, expanded and added to — the system grows with the business.

Before You Ask

The Questions Everyone Asks.

What is marketing automation, exactly?

Connected software and workflows that perform repetitive marketing tasks on their own — moving information between platforms, generating reports, organizing content, creating first drafts, sending notifications, triggering tasks and coordinating the process end to end.

Does automation mean replacing employees?

No. Our approach focuses on reducing repetitive work so existing teams can do more of the work that actually needs them. The best automation supports people rather than removing them from the process.

Will AI automatically publish our content?

It can — but we generally recommend human approval for anything brand-facing. Your workflow is designed so AI assists with research, drafting and repurposing while your team keeps final approval.

Can you use our existing tools?

Usually, yes. We review your current stack first and connect what’s already there. Wherever possible we improve your existing workflow rather than forcing a platform change.

What if we’re not using n8n?

That’s fine. n8n is simply one of the technologies we may use behind the scenes. You don’t need to understand or manage the automation platform yourself.

What happens if an automation breaks?

Automations depend on third-party platforms, APIs and authentication that occasionally change. Ongoing maintenance and monitoring options are available to keep systems running properly.

Can you automate our entire marketing department?

Potentially many processes — but we recommend starting with the highest-value repetitive workflows first. Automating everything at once creates unnecessary complexity. We build strategically and expand over time.

Can you guarantee how many hours we’ll save?

No. Time savings depend on your workflow, team, software, volume and process. During discovery we identify where meaningful efficiency gains are likely — and we’ll tell you when automation isn’t worth it.

Can you build AI agents?

Where appropriate, yes. Some workflows use AI agents or agent-like processes to research, analyze inputs, perform multi-step tasks and interact with connected systems. We use autonomous systems selectively, with human oversight.

Do you create the content too?

Yes — and this is the biggest difference between JZ Creates and a traditional automation provider. We build the infrastructure and we can produce the creative flowing through it: video, design, social and campaign work.

How long does a project take?

Simple workflows move quickly. Complex multi-system builds need more planning, testing and integration. Your timeline is set after discovery, once the scope is clear.

What does it cost?

Focused automation projects typically start around $4,000. Larger marketing and business automation systems are quoted after discovery based on complexity, tools and volume.
