You can add an unlimited number of requests to your queue. Requests are worked on one at a time, every single business day (unless you have more than one designer in your plan.) If the design is not to your liking, you can request an unlimited amount of revisions until we get it right. You can also request an unlimited amount of message variations for testing. Once your design is approved, we’ll move on to the next item in your queue.

Please note: If you have existing UGC, influencer or live footage you need edited. We can do that, we just don’t create that type of content. 

Our team will get through your design list one request at a time. There are factors that will determine the delivery time for each request. These factors are based on a case-by-case basis but some examples are the complexity of a design or animation, any research or preparation, any asset gathering and downloading and so on.

We will always inform you on how long a task will take. Here are some ballpark time frames.

Graphic Design (1 single image) – 1 business day

Motion Graphics (15-30 sec video) – 2-3 business days

Video Editing (30-60 sec video) – 3-4 business days

3D Video (15-30 second) – 3-5 business days

Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize. With freelancers, they’re like a box of chocolate, you never know what you’re gonna get.

A Creative Director oversees all of your designer’s work and maintains a cohesive look and feel, and the quality is to the highest standard.

We will send you an invite to our Trello workspace, where you can add as many request boards to your workspace. When requesting a design, please provide as much information that is available. Also please include any necessary assets, references, or specifications for that project. This will reduce any back and forth communication and we can get through your design much quicker.
